PLUG IN & STAY PLUGGED IN with Monday 7am Leadership call for Executives and Regional Directors, Monday 6pm MLM Mentoring call, Tuesday Team Testimonials Calls @ 6pm, Wednesday Webinars at 6pm, and Saturday Morning 7am Success Strategy Calls. 2. LISTEN & LEARN with these first five Basic Trainings - #1 Getting Started, #2 The 4-Step System, #3 The Business Binder, #4 Learn the Earn Basics, and #5 How to Do a Face-to-Face presentation. Take notes. Apply what you learn. Teach what you learn. Listen often to keep yourself on track with your goals. Make sure your team is duplicating your actions.
3. SAMPLE TWO A DAY EVERYDAY. Don't let a day go by without sampling your two people. Use your One Minute Message, your new 90 Second Commercial, and our 4-Step System. Don't leave home without your samples, product and iPad, iPhone, Droid, etc. to show the commercial. Follow up and follow through with every sample.
4. RANK ADVANCE. Work with the GO CHART! here at www.burgessbiz.com. Set your goals with deadlines attached knowing that a deadline is your best motivation. Set the pace for your team. What you do, they will do. Make them proud of you, and recognize them. This incredible compensation plan rewards you for a job well done - in a big way!
5. FOLLOW THE 4-STEP SYSTEM. Don't short cut the system. Don't try to re-invent the wheel. Do to duplicate every step of the way. What you do, your team will do. To assist you with prospecting, here are three letters that you simply copy and paste into the body of your email to your Prospect. Just add your name, phone number and hyperlink of your replicating website. Keep these communications simple, follow-up with each letter. If you are new, use your sponsor with the follow-up.
